Well ...Week 2 and I'm down 2 pounds...I feel pretty good about it...Certainly not the same result as week 1 but I will take it. I feel soooo good that today is my off workout day and I am going to go anyways as I feel so good...Getting closer and closer,,,although it still feels very far away from my goal weight...

You're doing really well. 2 lbs. is excellent. We don't lose as much as we do on the very first week. I only lost 1 lb. this week I was a little disappointed BUT-- it is a loss. Keep doing what you're doing-- it's working for you.

Don't look at is as only 2 pounds this week, look at it as 11.5 pounds in two weeks! That's INCREDIBLE!
