Think the bf wants a domino's tonight... Anyone suggest any calorie friendly pizzas? 😂
170.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

make a really good varied salad rocket, watercress, sundried tomato, tuna, capers, olives, spring onion, sweetcorn, grated beetroot, apple cider vinegar, and just have 2 slices of pizza

I always feel guilty and can't resist so end up peeling off all the cheese with toppings and eating leaving the base

Places like Dominoes and Pizza Hut have nutritional info on their website. My husband likes to order a pizza every Tuesday when he gets back from his run so I always plan the days food ahead of time. Choosing sensibly, (e.g, going for thin Italian crust and vegetarian pizza and eating a smaller breakfast and lunch) I can usually fit about 4 or 5 slices into my calorie allowance. No food should be off limits on a diet in my eyes as you will only crave those prohibited foods. It's just a matter of planning it and accounting for it. And hey, even if you don't plan and account for it, one cheat meal won't hurt occasionally! Enjoy.

Go to pizza express there is a super thin pizza with a hole cut in the middle filled with salad

I was told years ago if you dab the pizza with kitchen towel you can take off a third of the fat content 🍕
