Diagnosed with flu today which explains a lot. No diet food but homemade meatloaf and potatoes so still healthy. Hoping flu helps lose more weight! Haha
224.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
