starting over...again. lots of health problems. put on adderall in may but not working. gained 7 lbs and sleep all day! so back to healthy food or at least under 1000 calories.

Weigh-in: 222.0 lb

lost so far: 18.0 lb

still to go: 82.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

again starting over. been slacking over the last month. eating too much and not writing everything down.

not doing Dr. Phil now, just using the principles and eating healthy.

mom is at 278. she is eating healthy meals but really overdoing snacks. but hasn't gained.

Weigh-in: 217.0 lb

lost so far: 23.0 lb

still to go: 77.0 lb

started DrP over again yesterday stage 1. I had gone up to 222 in last 3 weeks. gaining 4 lbs. now lost 7.

over last weekend not accurate due tobbd workshop. missing Chinese buffet x 2. neither mom or I losing wo back to stage 1 next shop trip.
