Still at 160... doesn't up doesn't go down. I must be broken.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes I already do all that. I don't sit around on my ass all day like most people in this country do. On my feet all day at work always moving, drink plenty of water, I even keep a water bottle by my bed if I wake and need a drink. So it moves very slowly, like sloth speed eh?

Have you read about the "whoosh"? This may be happening. There's a lot of info online about it. Just a thought. You also might need to recalculate your macros or something just to change it up a bit if you continue to be in a plateau. You will get through it. Also just because the scale doesn't move does not mean you arent losing inches. Check measurements as well.
