Yeah I really cut back on junk. Keeping active, eating well, good fats that burn off well, and provide me with energy. Average steps per day are 9500 +/- 200 which is about 5-6 miles, and Average cals burnt is about 500-800. And that is just at work.

The silly season is coming... a little hard to keep from eating too much junk.
But I will admit I have cut back drastically.

Actually I'm doing much more better. Keeping the calories burned better. Yes it's chore to keep it all in check. But much more easier lately. Once you get used to it, it works. Today at work I walked about 11500 steps burned about 950 calories. yes its about right give or take a few... no need for the gym, I get a great workout at work.
High protein diet. Helps me burn off easier. meat, eggs, good fats, real vitamins.
Once you get it to work for you... 90% good foods, 10% cheats <---(junk). Its okay.
Changing my goal weight to 145. This way I get a leeway of 5 lbs for the winter. ;-)

I knew I could do it. Now I have to keep it off. It is a struggle and its still a challenge. I really had to cut out a lot of bad foods that take you nowhere but to fat land. 90% of the foods I eat are healthy natural foods high in proteins and vitamins. Liquids are just water, coffee, tea, or beer/wine. I take my coffee and tea straight up, no sugar no cream. I exercise differently than most people, hard work on the job and on my property. I average about 4 miles a day just walking at work. I track my steps everyday. Nothing like a good sweat to burn off those empty calories I had lingering.
