12.5 pounds down since Monday, which I realize is mostly excess fluid. I can already tell I'm retaining less water because my legs aren't getting all swollen if I wear socks :). I'm still struggling getting enough fats in my diet. My ratio drifts more towards the protein side than I like. Got to work on solutions for that. Don't feel as sluggish either today which is good. I need to start excercising but it's been hard to find the energy.
