Over 21 pounds lost! I'm that much closer to being half-way there, and that much closer to my final pre-pregnancy goal!

Woohoo!

It's not easy. It's not going to be easy. However, sticking it out, keeping to it, I see the results. You cannot argue with that!

What will be EASIER is to maintain my goal weight once I reach it. Losing weight is the really hard part. Keeping it in check just takes a few seconds each week at the most.

Yea! Great work! Just remember that when you do reach your goal, it still takes discipline to maintain! I can't tell ya how many times i thought I could get away with a little "extra" here and there when I was at my ideal weight, until all those extras turned into extra fat rolls! But as long as you are following a diet you are happy with and can stick to you'll hbe golden..I'm sure you'll do just fine! Your chart looks SWEEEET! :D Keep up the good work!
