Having achieved my goal weight, I am now back sliding. I know back-sliding is inevitable at some point. The key for me is how I react to back-sliding. I am using an application on my phone to track calories and exercise. My weight seems to have stopped creeping upward. Now can I start losing again? Time will tell.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
