Ugh. Typical me. I will be turning 61 this Wednesday and I’ll tell you, my weight wants to just stay where it is!!! When I was younger I’d watch my calories and lose weight in days!! I’m only 5’ and 144 now which I usually fluctuate 142-144 all the time. But I got up to 148 and last Thursday started back to using FS and also following the Nutrasystem diet plan, just for a kickstart. I know it’s not been a full week yet, but hoped to be closer to 140. Hopefully by Thursday this week. Have a great day all you weight warriors out there. 😊
