Not much change in the past 2 weeks unfortunately, :-( Only lost 3lbs.
Going to try and change up some things to try and get my weightloss mojo back in high gear. Still over 90lbs to go, it can't stop now. (Crossing Fingers)
243.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

three pounds in two weeks is wonderful. You are right on track. If you lose too fast, your losing muscle along with fat and water. You don't want to lose muscle. Muscle loss means your metabolism slows down making it harder to lose in the future and maintaining. The more muscle, the faster your metabolism, the easier losing and maintaining becomes. Kick up your exercise for fat loss. Increase protein and high fiber foods for fat loss too.

At least it's a loss and not a gain. Those small losses do add up over time. Changing things up is always a good thing for me because it can for one break up the monotony and for another show me if either I was better off doing what I was doing before, or give me new ideas to keep the loss going. You're doing well, so keep up the good work!! :)
