In spite of Starbucks, I lost two lbs. but I know that I can’t do that again. Down 8 lbs since I began on Wed night. It’ll go slower after 5 days is up and I begin the next phase. Saboteur my mom who said (1) first 10 lbs is water weight and (2) don’t be disappointed when this diet quits working. Sigh found myself defending Dr Phil. LOL. She ended with “I don’t have that kind of self control”. I knew this would lead to another sabotage so I said “well, my stomach hurts bad enough to get that self control.”
230.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
