Finally lost weight! I have been losing inches also, but somehow its the actual weight decrease that's got me enthusiastic again! Had my annual physical and all my numbers were excellant! So I've been eating even better lately and am now more motivated to get to the gym.
Just the push I needed right before bathing suit season! And I will reward myself with a new one when I lose ten more pounds.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
