wow well in one weeks time I am only about 1 pound away from my prior weight! and 12.8 from goal!!! soooooo excited! it is so true when I take alcohol out of the mix this is so easy to do!!!!!!!!

Ohhh yeah!!!! Good Job. I was recently told that your body works on processing the alcoholic drink first, then food second. And that explains why it is difficult to lose weight while continuing to consume alcohol. I don't know if this is exactly true, but it seems like the peeps struggling pound to pound are the ones still holding on to their cocktails. I've given up alcohol for the month of May :-)
