BP: 132/78 BMI: 29.6 (Overweight)

Way too much drinking this weekend with weddings and receptions and my boozing family in town. I have plans to stay active for the long holiday weekend. I need to be on the bike prepping for the Tour De Cure in 2 weeks.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
