First day back on site after a couple weeks away. A couple milestones in the Box this past week!!
Completed a workout doing boxjumps with the 24" standard box!! Huge accomplishment for me!!
I completed last nights workout in the middle of the group! Not the last one this time!! Woo Hoo!!!

Today's weight is a morning after a workout, weigh-in. Weight will go up a few pounds after eating a few meals. Will try to stay on task with meals today.
332.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
