Well I am doing good not great. But this is life! Lifestyle is the word/philophy of my health that I wish to embrace. Lifestyle is about doing my best and making good food and exercise a priority. I am exercising almost every single day - running, weights, dance cardio. I am eating well.
I'm proud of myself!!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
