Made up with this coz was dreading weigh-in, will now start on 12 weeks of ‘being good’ 😇
209.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do worry if you don't loss weight some weeks as long as you eat right, I was lossing weight 0-5kg a week then it stopped for 4 weeks change routine around then it's started again slow 0-5kg everyone different.Keep going
