Guess I shouldn't be too surprised. I checked the scale monday and I was down to 235 then TOM showed up and now back to 240. Hopefully it'll go back down in a few days.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
