May I suggest reading my bio and some of my pervious posts? I didn’t want weight loss surgery, and I found a way for me to lose as much as the doctors say most people would have lost in 18 months iaftwr surgery in about 6 months ha of diet and exercise. I’m still on my way. My goals may change. I originally felt like it would take forever but I went from 254-189 this year.
