Helps so much to have my son home and committed to his own plan! He gets up and runs and does a weight workout - from 8-9ish everyday. That forces me to do my workout! He only wants healthy food too. This is really good for me :)
131.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
