3:15pm @ Gym, normal workout clothes. wish I saw more progress - 2 weeks of recording everything I eat and somehow finding the willpower to drag my butt to the gym several times a week and according to the scale I have nothing to show for it...
204.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
