I am absolutely exstatic that I lost 3 lbs.! And that's even weighing myself at night! I cheated quite a bit, but after these last couple workouts I actually FELT like I had lost weight and sure enough when I weighed myself at the gym last night I had!

143.8 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
