performance: gaining 0.1 lb a week
I am a single mommy to my 5-year-old daughter. I work fulltime during the day while Parker is is in fulltime Kindergarten. I have a wonderful job that unfortanetly keeps me sitting for most of the day :(, which is a downfall when it comes to dieting.
<b>Short Term Goal:</b> Losing 10 - 15 lbs. by May 21st (my birthday)
<b>Long Term Goal:</b> Lose 22 lbs. (No goal date set)
<b>Reason for losing weight:</b> I never completely lost all my pregnancy weight after my daughter was born and would like to lose it all and feel sexy again. I want to be able to wear a bathing suit this summer and not feel self conscious in front of all my skinny friends.
<b.My diet:</b> I am on the Slim-Fast diet. I am also a pescitarian (vegetarian who eats fish) and quite health conscious trying to eat organic and nutural foods as often as possible.
<b>Exercise plan:</b> I hate working out so I plan to work out atleast 3 days a week, maybe some Saturdays. I have failed before in exercising, but this time I have workout companions in my sister and my basically sister. My goal is to do atleast 30 minutes cardio (20 minutes on eliptical and 10 minutes on treadmill. I will also begin some weight training soon to help me tone up, I just need to get into the groove of working out first.
<b>Pitfalls to overcome:</b> Binge eating, late night eating and my alcohol consumption.
