Only ONE pound of weight loss in the last 6 days! I went over my points twice BUT I had the points banked to spare! Ugh!!! Now that's frustrating! I went out and power walked for 7.21 miles today!!!! I now have only 8 days to get to my goal weight...and I don't see that happening as I still have 8 pounds to go!! Damn...
133.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you have only a small amount to lose, it tends to come off slower. That's the hard thing when you put a dead line on weight loss, you body doesn't always follow your deadline. You lost a pound and that is awesome. If it comes off fast, chances are it will come back on faster. Large losses also mean muscle loss which puts you in the vicious cycle of a slower metabolism. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest, the more easy the weight comes off, the more easy maintaining becomes. That's why men tend to lose faster than women because they have more muscle. So just keep going and exercising and you will get there and look amazing when you do.

Suzi161 I know you are right. I should have started my weight loss sooner than 1 month before vacation for sure!
