I lost 4 pounds since my last weigh in 5 days ago! Yeah! I even went over my points twice! I have to thank my self made workout mix with a special shout out to Lady Gaga and LMFAO for pushing me to walk longer and harder! I power walked 6.65 miles today! 2 more weeks until vacation with 9 pounds to go! I may have to break up with food, cocktails, and fun for the last week! No fun!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
