Well, it is that time of the month again. I am on a pattern of not losing or losing .2 or .4 around the 3rd of 4th week. I believe this is due to my monthly. I didn't exercise at all yesterday. I had some coffee in the morning and hardly put any soy milk in it, so it was kind of potent to me. My body is very sensitive to caffeine. I was shaky and felt weird all day. Started getting a stomach ache around noon time after I ate lunch and came home. I think I might have been over doing it this past week with my exercise. I have been walking 4 miles and then doing pilates. Or doing Bootcamp and then doing pilates. I thought my body was tired, so I gave it a rest yesterday. Something I haven't had to do in 4 months. I am just going to stick to 1 exercise a day. I wonder if that is also another reason why I didn't lose, I was building a little muscle with all the workouts. Anyway, no sweating this. I cleaned out my closet of my 10's and that felt GREAT!
135.8 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Isn't that a wonderful feeling when you get rid of your "big" clothes. I bet you are gaining muscle which is why you're not seeing a loss. Great job and keep going!!

Hope you are feeling better today! Maybe you are over-working your body by doing both the 4 miles and the pilates or boot camp. Looks like whatever you had been doing before was working great. But I know if nice to mix it up sometimes and change your workout up a little. My husband and I purchased a Bowflex Treadclimber for Christmas for eachother - I've been doing that 30 minutes a day. When I have time, I try to do a toning dvd as well. I'm really trying to watch my diet closely. The toughest part of the day for me is around 4pm - once I get home from work - I was doing alot of "snacking" throughout the evening before. Now, I'm trying to eat dinner, then CLOSE the kitchen off to myself for eating. Hopefully that will work. Will see on Tuesday. I'm going to wait and weigh on Tuesday after 1 week. I will try the yogurt with the steel cut oatmeal - thanks for the tip.
