Didn't do as well today as I could have. I saved it overall, though I think to make my best choices I need to go grocery shopping and plan my meals. The problem comes about when I feel like I have to eat what's in the fridge before it goes bad (When it's something fattening, leftover). I had soda today. Twice. Oh well.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
