Big drops for the first few days of a stricter diet. It will stop in a day or two. After that, I hope to drop 2 a week for a month or so, then set the goal for 1 pound a week.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
