Maintenance.
When you have guests do you weigh, do you measure foods, do you stick to your good food choices? There's no right answer as far as I'm concerned but whatever you decide to do, accept it. Dont pre-judge yourself, or look back and judge yourself. I decided to weigh myself but not my food the last few days when I had a guest stay, although I am more aware of portion sizes and also aware of good or better food choices. Dont let mind games rule your life. I don't. I choose to "live". 😊

I sometimes weigh my food when we have visitors staying but, after two years of weighing and measuring everything, I've got pretty good at estimating and on these occasions I will often put my estimate in the food diary. I do the same when we eat out too. It seems to work.

Yes I do the estimating thing too. Whatever works and you feel comfortable with. 😊
