My official weight this morning was 114.3kg.

I'm super happy!!! I was expecting to be around the 115kg mark but it dropped way lower!

FatSecret wasn't working for me this morning so I'm only updating my weight now.

I've not been to gym for 3 weeks. YIKES!!! Life is so busy right now.

252.0 lb Lost so far: 31.7 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 4.2 lb a week

really difficult time of the year, I have been to 5 end of year parties, 3 more this week.....soo challenging. No healthy table available lol!!!!!!Wish I could decline.
