I did eat a lot today, but I didn't think I was going to gain all that weight. And it's upsetting to me that I didn't work out yesterday (had some repair guys come to patch up the ceiling - though now that I think about it I could have done it later in the evening) and I didn't work out today because I was so exhausted. I could do it now, but it's about that time that I'm going to go and climb into bed.
I love food. The tastes, the smells. I love cooking. This is so extremely difficult right now. Though, I have been eating healthier and I have been eating smaller proportions. I've been full all day today which is my problem. Training myself to drink more water is proving to be more difficult than I anticipated.
Tonight I made chili. I'm going to pay for that tomorrow and the next day and the next day... I had two helpings even though I wasn't that hungry to begin with. I should have had some water instead. Ugh, I hate that I haven't committed to this.
