Sometimes this whole losing weight thing is super easy then there are other times when it is not. Did my first cook out last night and I know you are thinking I am going to say it was not easy but IT WAS.. Did I stay true to the diet thing, NO but I did not eat everything in sight either. Which is big. No butter on my corn and stuck with my salad that I brought which was low fat. Had 2 hot dogs and cheeseburger to reward my self I had A single chocolate chip cookie. Trust me there were other goodies there but I stayed away.
