Now that's disappointing. I had Zumba last night! I expected to drop a full pound, not 2/10 of one. That's probably the same size of the tiny bm I had last night. What can I blame? What can I blame? Well lets see. I felt like my blood sugar was low until around 4pm yesterday. I was dragging, my eyes were burning, and I even had the shakes a little bit. I tried two of those MiO Water Enhancer flavors. They are sweet and taste like Koolaid, but they have no fat, calories or carbs. I tried a third flavor during Zumba class which was the energy one (its kind of nasty), but again no calories or carbs.

I went to Bed Bath & Beyond last night to get a food scale, turns out one section of skinless, boneless raw chicken breast is 300 g +/-, so I didn't really need a $40 food scale. But I got a really cushy new bath mat and a super absorbant drying cloth to go under my dishrack. Both are so awesome.

I forgot the first set of HCG Activator pills, so I took them around noon. I also forgot the second set and took them around 8pm. I took a CTS 360 Night thinking that might give me extra help. I got a full night of sleep too.

Today, I am going to limit myself to one MiO drink around afternoon snack. A drink = 24 oz Tervis Tumbler. I took my HCG Activator at 8am, so I'll be sure to take the next set at 2pm. No CTS 360 Night.
Tonight is weight training.

Thank you wichitaks. Its just, I've been working so hard at this since early March, and I'm over-eager for the weight to fall off now that its finally moving in the right direction. I feel like I deserve it; but do I? Today...pants are not as suffocating straight out of the dryer as they were last week. :)
