At first I was dissapointed that this number wasn't lower. So I weighed myself again and again and again...maybe ten times. After the third round I started getting numbers as low as 194.6, but more of them along the lines of 195. None of them went over the initial reading so I decided to record this number and hope for a pleasant surprise tomorrow.

Its been a couple of hours since weigh-in and I am realizing that yesterday was Monday. Monday is homework night. This means I sit at work 9-5 then sit for schoolwork 6-10 or later. That's 12 hours or more of inactivity during my waking hours, then I go to bed. And I STILL lost 4/10 of a pound.

Do you know what this means?! I'm burning off more kcals than I'm consuming!!! By keeping up the low fat/carb/starch diet this month, any exercise that I do goes straight to fat burning profit! And, tonight is Zumba!!!
