I haven't weighed~in for a few days due to STRESS EATING. I went for a 30min walk on Sun & again today Tues. I'm not sure of Thurs may wait till Fri due to cooking all day. It's a lil tough in the colder temps & wind but I'm committed to getting into shape. My Husband has been away working & my goal is to be 55yo & LOOKING GOOD when his Contract ends & he returns in early Summer 2018. Wish me luck 37lbs till Goal Weight
207.4 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
