Maintenance. Having a great week. Focus is on healing after op on wrist so lots of Physio and strengthening through legs and core. Maintaining weight well despite muscle gain. 😀
141.8 lb Lost so far: 69.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
