What a week or so...I have lost track of time. I moved on the 18th into an absolutely empty house. By the time I got scales and weighed myself this am, I was suprised at the lack of significant loss. My clothes fit better/looser so perhaps it has something to do with faithfully going to the gym and doing weight training and cardio. I don't know. Pretty disappointing.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A pound is not bad I know it can be depressing when it comes off slowly. Like you told me it is so much better than gaining. I have been eating breakfast believe it or not. I was just drinking coffee and was not eating like I should and I started eating at least three times a day. It will happen before you know it the weight will drop faster. I think we get stuck at a place and it comes off really slow.You are doing good and just keep up the good work. you are so close to your goal. So dont be diappointed you are doing awesome.
