I was soooooo surprised this morning when I weighed. Down 2.4 lbs. I finally broke 180. Its been a long time since I weighed below 180. I just finished my walk this morning and I think it gave me the will to push a little harder walking today. I'm a happy camper TODAY !!!!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
