Ate less and slower yesterday, and took new meds... felt better.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1832 kcal Fat: 79.21g | Prot: 163.79g | Carb: 121.03g.   Breakfast: Almond Milk, sweet italian sausage, Avocados , Kale . Lunch: green beans, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Chicken Breast, coconut flakes, almond flour. Dinner: grilled vegetables, mayo, beef sirloin. Snacks/Other: Dry Roasted Peanuts (with Salt), Peanut Butter, True Protein Pea pp, cottage cheese 1%, sweet potato, Apples . more...
losing 1.4 lb a week
