Noooooooooo!!! I knew this was going to happen even though I hoped and hoped that it wouldn't. 2.8lb Gain :( It is all my own fault. I didn't steer away from the temptations on Easter weekend with the family. I guess it could have been worse...but now I have these stupid pounds to drop all over again. Blahhh!!
213.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hey it's going to be okay. Nobody can turn down big family dinners. Not even me. Just relax and try not to think about it. The more you think about how much weight you gained, the more you ARE going to gain. I know it's not easy to lose weight. But enjoy yourself while you are trying again. ") -Krissy Alley

She is right and besides I bet it doesn't take that long to take off, your doing great just look at the graph! Don't stess, we all ate...lol :)
