Still alittle sick but I did OTF this morning and Karate yesterday. Only did IF this week, no fasting due to being sick and not wanting to do anything.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
