1837 kcal Fat: 78.06g | Prot: 151.43g | Carb: 132.82g.   Breakfast: pure protein. Lunch:  taco seasoning reduced, fage, cherry tomato, 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese, ground turkey, la tiara. Dinner: wheat macaroni and cheese, Baby Swiss Cheese, 1/3lb Frozen burger, spinach, sabra hummus, chicken breast, tumaro. Snacks/Other: Isotonix Custom Cocktail, 2% milk, smarties, tomato and basil chips. more...
