First weigh-in of my 90 day FIT Challenge. Will be weighing in every two weeks. Need to lose 3 lbs every two weeks to meet my goal of 210 lbs. So far right on target.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
