So far, I have been slowly but steady losing the weight. I am excited to see where I am in a month or so. I have been working out on my elliptical for 20 minutes every morning before work and then 10 to 15 minutes after work. Some days I have been doing some additional circuit training for 20 minutes outside. My days are so busy...this is the easiest way for me to fit in my daily workout.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
