Can't believe all of the support from this community. It really helps! Thank you all again.

This is my first weigh in since reaching my goal on October 28th. Since then we had friends visiting for a week and spent some of that time on vacation. We ate in restaurants every day so I was met with many challenges but also didn't want to feel completely deprived.

I'm happy to say that, even though I ate differently, I was able to maintain my weight and actually even lose a little. While I ate salad (with lite dressing) instead of fries, and only ate half the bread from sandwiches, I still was able to have fun but not compromise my weight. We even split dessert a few times and it was great to have a few bites of something sweet and decadent.

So now we are back on a normal schedule and I'm going to experiment with eating just a little more to maintain my weight. Only adding more fruit or nuts and will keep eating healthy non-processed food. I'm so happy I can eat like a 'normal' person but just eat smaller portions.
