I almost wish the weekend wasn't coming so I could get a handle on my weight and focus a little better. I'm going in the right direction.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1469 kcal Fat: 89.65g | Prot: 131.61g | Carb: 42.02g.   Breakfast: avocado, coffee, Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar - Net Carbs, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, trader joes frozen spinach. Lunch: trader joes almond milk, Avocados, jalepeno stuffed olives, cabot sharp cheddar, Solid White Albacore tuna in olive oil, Zucchini. Dinner: garlic, olive oil, Butter (Salted), salmon fillet. Snacks/Other: butter kerrygold, jalepeno stuffed olives, cabot 5% reduced cheddar, egg whites trader joes, egg. more...
