Doing the blood sugar diet of Michael Mosley and sticking to 800 calories a day. I have to say that my digestive system is very happy with this diet - cutting out bread and high GI foods. Had got used to discomfort most of the time and put it down to age!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.9 lb a week
