Had a week where despite following the diet carefully I still put on .2kg. I think my body has a habit of "consolidation" of weight loss. It has been dieted off and on all its 63 years of life from the age of about 8. I am proud that I kept going for another week and lost weight that week, and am still going now. Being involved in things that really interest me is key for me to not obsessing about food/wine!!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week
