Day number 5😐I'm feeling good. Lots of energy. Just want to hit the gym all day. I'm not giving in to the holiday. Food is good but can but addictive and dangerous for those of us who can't stop at one treat. So I'm giving it up. I rather feel light, strong, energetic, and healthy. Instead of sluggish and heavy. 🤓
